Data Sharing Policy

Data Sharing Policy

Jurnal Pengabdian dan Pengembangan Masyarakat Indonesia is dedicated to fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration in community service. By adhering to this Data Sharing Policy, authors contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge and reinforce our commitment to openness.

Data Availability Statement

To uphold our principles, we strongly encourage authors to share their community service data. Authors submitting manuscripts are required to include a Data Availability Statement, indicating whether the data supporting their findings are accessible to others.

Repositories and Formats

We recommend depositing data in reputable public repositories and providing relevant accession numbers or links in the manuscript. Data, when shared, should be in commonly used, non-proprietary formats, accompanied by comprehensive documentation to ensure it can be effectively utilized by the community.

Embargoes & Ethical Standards

Authors should adhere to ethical and legal standards, justifying any limitations on data sharing. Authors may request embargo periods, specifying their duration and rationale. Exceptions to data sharing will be considered with careful scrutiny to balance openness with privacy and proprietary concerns.
