Crossmark Policy
Crossmark Policy
Our commitment to maintaining the integrity, transparency, and completeness of the scholarly record.
Applying the Crossmark icon is a commitment by the Journal of Health and Nutrition Research (JHNR) to maintain the content published and to alert readers to changes if and when they occur.
What is Crossmark?
Crossmark is a multi-publisher initiative from Crossref to provide a standard way for readers to locate the current version of a piece of content. By applying the Crossmark logo, JHNR commits to maintaining the content it publishes and to alerting readers to changes if and when they occur.
Clicking on the Crossmark icon (located on our article pages and PDF galleys) will tell you the current status of a document and may also give you additional publication record information about the document.
Our Commitment
JHNR recognizes the importance of the integrity and completeness of the scholarly record to researchers and librarians and attaches the highest importance to maintaining trust in the authority of its electronic archive. We ensure that our published articles remain exactly as published, unless there is a necessary formal correction or retraction.
???? Correction and Retraction
To maintain the academic record, we strictly follow the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) regarding corrections and retractions:
- Erratum / Corrigendum: Published for significant errors that affect the scholarly record.
- Retractions: Published when the findings or conclusions are unreliable due to misconduct or honest error.
- Expressions of Concern: Published if there is serious evidence of research or publication misconduct.
