This research is a laboratory experiment, namely by making a dishwashing soap base without the active substance of telang flower kombucha. Make a dishwashing soap base that adds the active substance of butterfly pea flower kombucha at concentrations of 20%, 30% and 40%. Biochemical identification results have shown that beef samples contain gram-positive bacteria in the form of Staphylococcus aureus and Listeria monocytogenes, as well as gram-negative bacteria in the form of Salmonella thyposa and Escherichia coli. The results of this research have also proven that pharmaceutical biotechnology products in the form of formulations and dishwashing soap preparations with the active ingredient telang flower kombucha have a positive correlation in inhibiting the growth of the four test bacteria. Based on the one-way ANOVA statistical test at each P value <0.05, it proves that telang flower kombucha dish soap at a concentration of 40% according to post hoc analysis is not significantly different from concentrations of 20% and 30% as a pharmaceutical and antibacterial biotechnology product. isolated from beef. The conclusion of this research is that the formulation and preparation of dishwashing soap at a concentration of 40% proved to be the most effective as a pharmaceutical biotechnology product in inhibiting the growth of the four test bacteria.
Firman Rezaldi, Eva Nurvadilah, Candra Junaedi, Ucu Wandi Somantri, M. Type of quantitative research with a case-control approach at a confidence level of 95%. The sample size was taken using the Slovin formula with a result of 76 people and a 1:1 ratio and using gender matching with a total sample of 152 people. Sampling was done using the purposive sampling technique. The data source used secondary data in the form of medical records and primary data in the form of interviews using questionnaires measuring physical activity, unhealthy eating patterns, and sleep quality with the criteria that a doctor diagnosed the respondent as suffering from Type 2 DM and not suffering from other types of Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Data analysis used the odds ratio test, the results showed that physical activity (OR=4.455 and CI=2.250-8.819), unhealthy eating patterns (OR=3.145 and CI=1.616-6.120), sleep quality (OR=5.444 and CI= 2,703 10,966), and dyslipidemia (OR=4,287 and CI=2,121-8,667) are determinants of the risk of Type 2 DM. It is suggested that health workers should improve health services at each Integrated Development Post (known as POSBINDU), an integrated monitoring and early detection activity for NCD risk factors (heart and blood vessel disease, diabetes, acute obstructive pulmonary disease, and cancer) as well as disorders due to accidents and acts of domestic violence which are managed by the community through integrated guidance, meanwhile, provide education on healthy lifestyles to overcome the incidence of DM
Muh. This type of research was qualitative research with a case study approach. The informants in this study consisted of 10 people using a purposive sampling technique. The variables in this study consisted of knowledge, attitudes, facilities and infrastructure, and peers. The results showed that knowledge of smoking behavior was quite good regarding the dangers of smoking. The attitude of most of the informants towards smoking behavior was not good because they still accepted peer invitations to smoke. Access to cigarettes is quite easy by buying retail cigarettes at stalls near the school. Peers have a major influence on smoking behavior at school. Adolescents at SMP Negeri 9 Palu City, despite having good knowledge about the dangers of smoking, demonstrate inconsistent behavior due to positive attitudes, easy access to cigarettes, and strong peer influence. This highlights the need for interventions that address not only knowledge dissemination but also address attitudes and peer pressure, making it harder to access cigarettes near schools.
Sadli Syam, Putri Maharani Sukirman, Firmansyah Firmansyah, Novi Inriyanny Suwendro, Ayu Lestari Copyright (c) 2023 Sadli Syam, Putri Maharani Sukirman, Firmansyah Firmansyah, Novi Inriyanny Suwendro, Ayu Lestari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://www.journalmpci.com/index.php/jhnr/article/view/221 Sun, 31 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Evaluation of Pregnant Class Implementation in Work Area of Community Health Center https://www.journalmpci.com/index.php/jhnr/article/view/218
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of pregnant women’s classes in the working area of a community health center of Puskesmas Bulili, South Palu District, Palu City. This type of research used a qualitative method with a case study design. Informants were determined by purposive sampling technique. This research indicates that the midwife conducting the pregnant mother’s class has never attended training for the facilitator, the funds used were from the Health Operational Assistance (In Indonesia known as BOK), the media used by the Maternal and Child Health book (In Indonesia known as KIA book), the carpet, the way of disseminating information through invitations and notices in the mosque; material is done once. Reporting is done once a month. The implementation of the pregnant mothers’ class in the work area of the community health center of Puskesmas Bulili is not yet according to the class guidance for pregnant mother. We expect that the community health center of Puskesmas Bulili will meet every mother more than once, so it is not finished in one meeting and can separate per class of pregnant women according to the age of the pregnancy.
Muhammad Ryman Napirah, Vidyanto Vidyanto, Rasyika Nurul Fadjriah, Nisa Rohimah Copyright (c) 2024 Muhammad Ryman Napirah, Vidyanto Vidyanto, Rasyika Nurul Fadjriah, Nisa Rohimah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://www.journalmpci.com/index.php/jhnr/article/view/218 Tue, 09 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Bullying Behavior in Generation Z Youth: Case Study at Palu City DP3A Children's Forum https://www.journalmpci.com/index.php/jhnr/article/view/216
This research aims to determine bullying behavior among Generation Z youth at the DP3A Children's Forum in Palu City. This research used qualitative research methods with a case study design. There were 10 informants in the research using purposive sampling techniques. Data management using matrix techniques. The results of research on the behavioral belief variable were that the perpetrator understands the dangers of bullying quite well, but bullying behavior was still carried out. Regarding the evaluation variable or behavioral impact, most did not know and did not feel the impact of bullying. In the behavioral motivation variable, the perpetrators were motivated to bully because it was fun for them and had thought about stopping bullying because they had received warnings and advice from those closest to them. It is suggested that the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service (in Indonesia known as DP3A) of Palu City should find out about providing maximum education and guidance to the parents of the perpetrators so that bullying behavior by those who become administrators or new members in the Palu City Nosarara children's forum does not occur. Parents should pay attention and always ask about the activities they are carrying out and understand their children's feelings so that they trust them and do not hesitate to talk about their children's problems
Arwan Arwan, Syamsul Arif, Sadli Syam, Muhammad Ryman Napirah, Sendhy Krisnasari, Firmansyah Firmansyah , Novi Inriyanny Suwendro Copyright (c) 2023 Arwan Arwan, Syamsul Arif, Sadli Syam, Muhammad Ryman Napirah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://www.journalmpci.com/index.php/jhnr/article/view/216 Sun, 31 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700
